Agreement

These terms apply to your use of obraza.co (the “Site”), operated by Obraza (“Obraza,” “we,” “us”) in Cumming, Georgia. By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Our work and your use of it

The photos, videos, text, design and other content on the Site are owned by Obraza or used with permission from their owners, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not download, copy, edit, republish or use any photo or video from the Site, including for commercial use or to train AI models, without our written permission. To ask about licensing, email javier@obraza.co.

Client work

Projects shown on the Site appear with the permission of our clients. Quotes, shoots, deliverables, usage rights and payment for any project are governed by a separate written agreement or quote, not by these terms. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services at a particular price.

Brands, names and likenesses

Nike, Adidas, FIFA, MLS, Atlanta United and other names and marks mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. References to them describe past work by members of our team and do not mean those organizations, or any athlete or public figure shown on the Site, sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with Obraza.

Contact form

When you send us a message, please give accurate information and don’t send anything unlawful, harmful or that you don’t have the right to share. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, try to access systems you’re not authorized to use, or send spam or automated submissions.

Links to other sites

The Site links to other sites, such as Instagram. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Obraza will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This section doesn’t limit any liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Forsyth County, Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with the date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
