Who we are

Obraza (“Obraza,” “we,” “us”) is a video and photo production company based in Cumming, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect through obraza.co (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to javier@obraza.co.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, business name, what you need, your timeline, and anything else you choose to write. If you email us or message us on Instagram, we receive whatever you send there.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used for security and to keep the Site running.

What we don’t collect. The Site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. The Site stores one small setting in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit. It never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and send you pricing or a proposal.
• To plan, shoot and deliver work you hire us for.
• To keep records of our conversations and projects.
• To keep the Site secure and working.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our email.
• Cloudflare hosts the Site and handles its security.
• Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Links to other sites

The Site links to Instagram and may link to other sites. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave the Site.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and project records for as long as we need them to work with you and for our ordinary business, tax and legal records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing javier@obraza.co. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS and we limit who can access your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
